Description

Kathi pizza dough, the classic one withyeast

It's that easy:

Preheat oven.

Mix the baking mixture and dry yeastcarefully in a bowl, add 210 ml of water and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil andwork with a hand mixer (dough hook) into a smooth dough in about 3 minutes.

Cover and let the dough rise for about15-30 minutes in a warm, draft-free place.

Then knead briefly by hand, roll out into arectangle on a floured work surface and place on a baking sheet.

Place as desired and bake as indicated.

 

Kathi Pizzateig, der klassische mit Hefe

So einfach geht's:

Backofen vorheizen.

Backmischung und Trockenbackhefe in einerSchüssel sorgfältig vermischen, 210 ml Wasser und 3 EL Pflanzenöl zugeben undmit dem Handrührgerät (Knethaken) in ca. 3 Minuten zu einem glatten Teigverarbeiten.

Den Teig zugedeckt ca. 15 - 30 Minuten aneinem warmen, zugfreien Ort gehen lassen.

Dann von Hand kurz durchkneten, auf einerbemehlten Arbeitsfläche zu einem Rechteck ausrollen und auf ein Backblechlegen.

Beliebig belegen und wie angegeben backen.
