Can be easily used in baking recipes. Try lining a loaf pan bottom and sides first with wax paper, then with Leibniz cookies. Pour in a layer of your favorite chocolate "melted," then another layer of cookies, a layer of chocolate, then cookies again until you reach the lop of pan - finish with a layer of cookies. Refrigerate until firm. (Melted Chocolate: choose a high quality chocolate and melt in microwave. If melting on the stove, be sure to use a double boiler or melt in a pot over another pot with simmering water. Stir constantly, do not leave unattended.) You may want to add Oetker's rum flavoring to the melted chocolate. Turn over onto a serving plate, peel off wax paper and slice. Keep chilled between servings.
