1 lb. of Sausages(Bangers), Cumberland or Lincolnshire. (I must admit, it is upto your preference as to which flavor of our sausages you want to use).

2 Eggs per person , you can reduce it to1 egg if your appetite desires.
Fried Tomatoes, use two smallishtomatoes, cut them in half across the grain, place them face down in the pan,cook for about 2-3 minutes, insure they are hot all through.
Mushrooms sliced, about 2 oz. perperson.
