Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refunds except in special circumstances at our discretion, and customers are advised to check their orders carefully as we will not offer any exchanges once deliveries have been signed off. We will replace any items that have been damaged in transit; if the item in question is no longer available (e.g. out of stock), we will offer to replace the item with another item of equal or higher value.
From time to time, we may offer for sale certain products that come with a different return policy and/or an extended warranty (e.g. electronic products), in which case this will be detailed in the product description.
